Do we need to prepare for the meeting?
No. Telling us what you do and what you’d like to change is enough. If you have an old presentation or sites you like, bring them along; we’ll ask the rest.
What happens after the meeting?
We turn what we discussed into a proposal: what we’ll make, the steps we’ll take and what will be yours when it’s done, all in writing. Nothing starts until you approve it.
Will you take over a job someone else left half-done?
Yes. First we look at what you have and tell you plainly what can stay and what needs redoing; then we carry on from there.
Can we work together from abroad, in English?
Yes. We work in English, meet over video and plan our calls around your time zone.
