Discovery

The first week is all questions: what do you sell, who do you sell to, where are you stuck today? The answers draw the scope and the roadmap.
Design

Flow first, then screens. We build a clickable prototype and try it on real users; before it looks good, it has to make sense.
Development

Design and code under one roof: a screen is drawn and turned into code without being handed to another team. Modular, fast and run from your own dashboard; where needed, a system built just for you.
Testing

We try every screen on a phone, a tablet and a slow connection. Nothing goes live until it passes speed, accessibility and usability tests.
Launch

Going live takes one step, and so does going back. Monitoring is on, backups are ready; launch day brings no surprises.

Launch isn’t the end. We take care of upkeep, read the data and plan the next features together with you.
