As Methodda Yazılım (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), we do not use advertising or marketing cookies on our website. We keep only a few small records in your browser for the site to work, and we turn on Microsoft Clarity, which shows us how the site is used, only if you agree. This Cookie Policy explains which records we use and why, how you can change your choice, and your rights in this regard.
01What Is a Cookie?
Cookies are small text files saved on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.) through your browser when you visit a website. The browser’s local storage works in a similar way; in this policy we call both “cookies”. Cookies do not harm your device or your personal information.
02Which Cookies Do We Use?
Our website uses three kinds of records:
Necessary records (no consent needed): Our site sets no cookies of its own. In your browser it keeps only your cookie choice (Accept or Reject) and a temporary record, kept for the session, that lets a page transition finish. These records do not identify you and are not shared with anyone.
Visit counting (cookieless): On our own server we count which pages are opened, which site a visit came from and the device type (phone, tablet, computer). No cookie is used and your IP address is not stored; the key that joins one day’s visits changes every day and cannot be traced back. These records are deleted after 13 months.
Analytics cookies (only with your consent) – Microsoft Clarity: If you agree, Clarity records clicks, scrolling and mouse movement on the pages and builds heatmaps and visit recordings from them. What you type into forms is not recorded. Clarity uses the _clck (1 year) and _clsk (1 day) cookies for this; advertising use is turned off. The data is processed by Microsoft Corporation on servers outside Türkiye, including in the United States; see the Microsoft Privacy Statement for details. If you do not agree, Clarity is never loaded.
03How Can You Manage Cookies?
On your first visit a note asks for your consent to Microsoft Clarity; you can choose “Accept” or “Reject”. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the very bottom of the page. Once you withdraw consent, Clarity records nothing further.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Most browsers accept cookies automatically; you can change this to block cookies or to be warned when a cookie is sent to your device.
04Changes to the Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy may be updated in the event of legal requirements or changes related to our company's cookie usage. Updates will be effective from the date they are published on our website. We recommend that you review the policy text regularly.
